The Privacy Policy explains how MyHealthBanc.com Inc trading as “Healthbanc” may collect, use, and disclose information we obtain through the Service. Points. The Service will collect the information necessary to update your point totals based on your activities using the Service and to process the exchange of points. For example, the Service will collect the sources and destinations, such as the name of any healthcare provider or pharmacy, of any point transfers made using the Service; however, the Service will not collect specific information from third parties about the products or services purchased to earn points or on which points are spent.

Making or Receiving Payments.  When you make or receive payments through the Service, you may need to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number or bank account number, to our third-party service providers. We do not collect or store such information, though we may receive summary information about transactions that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.

Sending Referrals and Information to Non-Users. A user may submit Personal Information, such as an email address, about others to us so that the user can recommend the Service or send information available on the Service to them. We use the information to send a communication. The recipient of an invitation to use the Service may see your name and email address as the referrer.

We do not share your Personal Information with them unless you direct the Service to share it.
